Day 01

Arrival in Arusha

Welcome to Tanzania! Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you'll be greeted by our friendly representative, ready to assist with luggage and any airport formalities. Then, enjoy a smooth transfer to the Mt. Meru Hotel for a relaxing overnight stay with breakfast included.

Day 02

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

This morning, meet your safari guide and embark on an exciting drive to Tarangire National Park via Arusha Giraffe Centre. As you journey through scenic landscapes, get ready for incredible wildlife sightings. Tarangire, famous for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, offers a true African adventure. The Tarangire River, a lifeline
for wildlife, makes this park especially spectacular during the dry season. Prepare for thrilling game drives where you'll encounter elephants, lions, giraffes zebras, wildebeest, and more. With over 500 bird species, including the vibrant yellow-collared lovebird, this park is a birdwatcher’s paradise. Your guide will share fascinating insights, making this an unforgettable wildlife experience.

Day 03

Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

Today, immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mto wa Mbu Village, located at the entrance to Lake Manyara National Park. Here, you’ll meet local farmers and artisans, and sample the unique local banana beer. This vibrant village offers a window into the traditions of Tanzania’s diverse cultures. Next, head to Lake Manyara National Park for a thrilling tree-top walk, where you’ll explore the park’s stunning forest canopy. The views of the park’s diverse ecosystems from above are simply breath-taking!
In the evening, drive to Heart and Soul Lodge for a restful overnight stay, with all meals and drinking water provided.

Day 04

Mto Wa Mbu to Serengeti

After breakfast, set off on an exciting drive to the legendary Serengeti National Park! The journey offers more wildlife sightings and incredible landscapes, especially as you pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you'll immediately embark on your first game drive.
The Serengeti, home to the Great Migration, is a wildlife haven that’s famous for its endless plains and astounding biodiversity. From wildebeest and zebras to lions, leopards, and cheetahs, the Serengeti offers a thrilling wildlife spectacle like no other.

Day 05

Full day in Serengeti

Spend the day exploring the Serengeti’s stunning plains and spotting wildlife, including the Big Five—lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, and leopards. The Serengeti’s beauty is mesmerizing, especially during the golden hours of the late afternoon.

Optional: Begin your day with an exhilarating hot air balloon safari, followed by a bush breakfast, for a truly unique Serengeti experience!

Day 06

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, travel to the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater, often called the eighth wonder of the world. This massive volcanic caldera is home to over 30,000 animals, including elephants, flamingos, lions, and the rare black rhino. The crater's diverse landscapes—from grasslands to swamps—create a truly unique safari experience.

After an unforgettable game drive, ascend from the crater and head to Ngorongoro Farm House for a peaceful overnight stay with all meals included.

Day 07

Coffee Tour & Return to Arusha - Transfer to Zanzibar

Start your morning with a delightful coffee tour at Ngorongoro Farm House. Learn the process from bean to cup as you explore the coffee plantations and experience sustainable farming practices. You’ll even get to brew your own cup of coffee before tasting the farm's signature blends!

After your tour, drive back to Arusha and transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight to Zanzibar to unwind on white sand and crystal waters of the island.

Day 08

Prison Island, Snorkelling & Nakupenda Beach

Today, embark on a scenic boat trip across the Indian Ocean to explore Prison Island, where you can meet giant tortoises and snorkel in crystal-clear waters teeming with vibrant marine life. Then, visit Nakupenda Beach, a stunning sandbank standing in the middle of the ocean, renowned for its pristine white sands and turquoise waters. Relax on the beach and enjoy a delicious picnic lunch, making this day a perfect blend of adventure and serenity.

Optional Activity: Sunset Dhow Cruise (additional cost): Relax on a traditional wooden dhow as you sail along the coast, watching the sun dip below the horizon, a truly magical experience.

Day 09

Kisakasaka Community Project

After breakfast at 8:30 AM, check out of the hotel. Today visit the Kisakasaka Community Project, where you'll engage in tree planting and learn about local conservation efforts. This hands-on experience helps preserve the island's unique ecosystem.
In the afternoon, embark on a captivating walking tour of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site steeped in history and culture. Wander through hidden alleys, vibrant markets, and iconic landmarks like the Old Fort and the House of Wonders. Visit Darajani Bazaar to immerse yourself in local life, where you can shop for spices, textiles, and handcrafted souvenirs.

Day 10

Swahili Cooking Class

Today, enjoy a Swahili Cooking Class at a local spice farm. Uncover the secrets behind Zanzibar’s famous spices as you learn to prepare traditional dishes with fresh, local ingredients.

Afterward, unwind and relax for the remainder of the day at your hotel.

Day 11

Relax on White Sand Beaches

Full day of relaxation at the beach resort. Spend your day lounging on the beach, swimming in the turquoise waters, enjoy the Zanzibari sun and the resorts amenities

Optional Activity: visit to Cheetah's Rock conversation centre: A thrilling experience where you interact with rescue animals from cheetahs, lions to Lemurscan. Learn about the conversation efforts of this organisation.

Day 12

Departure from Zanzibar

Enjoy breakfast in the morning. Transfer to the airport for your flight back to your home country, taking with you unforgettable memories of Zanzibar.

Pricing:

The listed prices are in Australian dollars. Please note that prices may be subject to change due to factors such as surcharges, fees, taxes, or currency fluctuations.

Reservations:

All reservations must be made through the online booking system. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is payable according to the payment schedule provided at checkout. Depending on your chosen tour, you may also be required to complete and submit an additional form.

The final payment, covering the remaining 70% of the tour cost, is due 90 days before the tour's departure date.

For bookings made less than 90 days before departure, the full payment of the tour cost is required immediately.

Deposits:

A deposit of 30% is needed at the time of booking. Certain tours may require higher deposits due to specific tour operators' conditions.

Payment in full is required for Gorilla permits at the time of booking (applicable gorilla trekking packages), and this fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations and Refunds:

To cancel a reservation, a written notification is required. Cancellation charges will be applied from the date your written cancellation is received, as follows:

  • More than 90 days before departure: You will forfeit the 30% deposit.
  • Between 90 to 30 days before departure: 70% of the total trip cost will be charged.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund is available, and 100% of the total trip cost will be charged.
