Itinerary Days:

Day 01

Arrival - Nairobi

Upon your arrival at The Jomo Kenyatta international Airport, you will be met by our representative for a warm welcome and a short briefing. You will then be transferred to your Hotel.

Overnight at Movenpick Hotel, Nairobi.

Day 02

Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, your luggage will be loaded into the safari minivan and you will be driven by our professional driver guide to Lake Nakuru National Park in the Great Rift Valley. This drive will take you through the Eastern walls of the Rift valley where you will stop for photography.

Arrive at Lake Elementaita for check-in at Sentrim Elementaita Tented Camp where you will have a rest before lunch. Afternoon game viewing drive in Lake Nakuru National park.

Lake Nakuru is a shallow, alkaline lake, where flamingos flock to. This lake offers one of the world's most spectacular wildlife sights - that of brilliant pink flamingos as far as the eye can see. When conditions are right, between one and two million lesser and greater flamingos feed around the shores of the shallow soda lake, together with tens of thousands of other birds. What is certain is that any visitor to Lake Nakuru is likely to encounter flocks large enough to induce absolute awe. Over four hundred species of birds have been sighted at the park and it goes without saying that this is a bird watchers paradise.

Day 03

Lake Bogoria National Reserve

After breakfast, drive to Lake Bogoria with picnic lunches for a full day game drive.

The lake is alkaline, feeding blue-green algae which in turn feed flamingoes. At times the number of flamingoes feeding in the lake may be as high as two million. Raptors such as tawny eagles prey on the flamingoes. In total, 135 species of bird have been recorded. They include little grebe, pratincole, swift, little bee-eater, cape pigeon, yellow-billed stork, African spoonbill, augur buzzard, gabar goshawk, water dikkop, great tit, starling, hornbill and crombec.

The reserve has a herd of the relatively uncommon Greater Kudu. Other large mammals include buffalo, zebra, cheetah, baboon, warthog, caracal, spotted hyena, impala and dik dik.

Day 04

Lake Elementaita – Maasai Mara Game Reserve

After early breakfast at the Camp, you will be driven to Masai Mara, the most famous game Reserve in Kenya.

Arrive at Keekorok Lodge to a warm welcome, a cold towel and enjoy a welcome drink as you check in.

The lodge porters will show you to your tents and assist you with your luggage.

Buffet lunch will be served at the lodge’s Restaurant. After lunch you will have time to relax.

Proceed for your first game drive in this world famous game reserve, known for its many species of wildlife.

Dinner and Overnight at Keekorok Lodge.

Days 05 & 06

Maasai Mara Game Reserve

02 Full day game drive in Maasai Mara Game Reserve with game drives.

Widely considered to be Africa's greatest wildlife reserve and the jewel in Africa’s crown, Maasai Mara is

Home to a spectacular array of wildlife. The open savannah, woodlands and tree-lined rivers create an eco-

system that supports huge numbers of bird and mammal species. The western border of the park is the

spectacular Siria Escarpment, dotted with acacia trees, creating scenery of stunning beauty. Lions are found

in abundance throughout the park, as well as Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra, and a variety of Gazelle species.

Cheetahs are regularly seen and, with luck, you may also find Rhino and the elusive Leopard.

Dinner and overnight at Keekorok Lodge.

Day 07

Mara - Nairobi - Depart

Enjoy your buffet breakfast at the lodge.

After breakfast you will be driven back to Nairobi – you will have stopovers enroute for last minute shopping. Arrival into Nairobi early afternoon, lunch on own arrangements.

After lunch you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Pricing:

The listed prices are in Australian dollars. Please note that prices may be subject to change due to factors such as surcharges, fees, taxes, or currency fluctuations.

Reservations:

To secure a reservation, you must fill out and submit a booking form. Upon receipt of your form, Daventure Tours will send you a confirmation email along with an invoice. This invoice will detail the initial deposit (30% of the tour cost) that is required within 7 days to confirm your booking. The remainder of the payment must be completed according to the specified schedule.

The final payment, covering the remaining 70% of the tour cost, is due 90 days before the tour's departure date.

For bookings made less than 90 days before departure, the full payment of the tour cost is required immediately.

Deposits:

A deposit of 30% is needed at the time of booking. Certain tours may require higher deposits due to specific tour operators' conditions.

Payment in full is required for Gorilla permits at the time of booking, and this fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations and Refunds:

To cancel a reservation, a written notification is required. Cancellation charges will be applied from the date your written cancellation is received, as follows:

More than 90 days before departure: You will forfeit the 30% deposit.
Between 90 to 30 days before departure: 70% of the total trip cost will be charged.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund is available, and 100% of the total trip cost will be charged.
