Itinerary Days:

Day 01

Arrival - Nairobi

Upon arrival in the Kenyan capital, you’ll be met by our representative and, after a short briefing, transferred to The Movenpick Hotel. Dinner arrangements are on your own.

Overnight at Movenpick Hotel & Residences.

Day 02

Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, your luggage will be loaded into the vehicle, and you will be driven by our professional driver guide to Amboseli National Park. Amboseli National Park, lying at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, is adjacent to the Tsavo West National Park. This park is home to the brightly painted and proud Maasai tribe. The acacia woodlands and nearby grasslands attract an abundance of game, including elephants, buffalo, lions, cheetahs, spotted hyenas, among many other wild animals. Arrive at Amboseli Serena Lodge to a welcome drink as you check in. Lodge porters will assist you in carrying your luggage to your tent. After check-in, enjoy your lunch at the Restaurant. After lunch, you will have time to relax. Proceed for an afternoon game viewing.

Day 03

Amboseli National Park

You'll receive a morning wake-up call, and hot coffee and tea will be served to you before proceeding for early morning game viewing. The morning hours are a convenient time to spot a variety of wild animals. In the clean, crisp air of an Amboseli dawn, you might be lucky to see the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro shimmering in the southern sky. Return to the lodge for a buffet breakfast. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in the lodge’s dining hall. Spend the afternoon for game viewing.

Day 04

Amboseli – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, you will check out and drive through Nairobi to Lake Naivasha. Pass through Nairobi on your way to the Eastern walls of the Rift valley, where you will stop for photography. Arrive at Lake Naivasha for check-in at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort, where you will have a rest before an afternoon boat ride.

Day 05

Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, you will check out and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive at Lake Nakuru National park for check-in at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge, where you will have a rest before an afternoon game viewing drive in the park. Lake Nakuru is a shallow, alkaline lake, where flamingos flock. This lake offers one of the world's most spectacular wildlife sights - that of brilliant pink flamingos as far as the eye can see. When conditions are right, between one and two million lesser and greater flamingos feed around the shores of the shallow soda lake, together with tens of thousands of other birds. Over four hundred species of birds have been sighted at the park, making it a bird watcher’s paradise.

Day 06

Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara Game Reserve

After an early breakfast at the Lodge, you will be driven to Masai Mara, the most famous game Reserve in Kenya. Arrive at Mara Sarova Game Camp to a warm welcome, a cold towel, and enjoy a welcome drink as you check in and are given your tent numbers. The Camp porters will show you to your tents and assist you with your luggage. Buffet lunch will be served at the Camp’s Restaurant. After lunch, you will have time to relax. Proceed for your first game drive in this world-famous game reserve, known for its many species of wildlife.

Day 07

Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Full day in Maasai Mara Game Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. All meals at Mara Sarova Game Camp. Widely considered to be Africa's greatest wildlife reserve and the jewel in Africa’s crown, Maasai Mara is Home to a spectacular array of wildlife. The open savannah, woodlands, and tree-lined rivers create an ecosystem that supports huge numbers of bird and mammal species. The western border of the park is the spectacular Siria Escarpment, dotted with acacia trees, creating scenery of stunning beauty. Lions are found in abundance throughout the park, as well as elephants, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of gazelle species. Cheetahs are regularly seen and, with luck, you may also find rhinos and the elusive leopard.
Overnight at the Mara Sarova Game Camp.

Day 08

Maasai Mara – Nairobi

Depart After breakfast, you will drive to Nairobi. You will have stopovers enroute for last-minute shopping. Lunch arrangements are on your own. Depending on your flight time, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Pricing:

The listed prices are in Australian dollars. Please note that prices may be subject to change due to factors such as surcharges, fees, taxes, or currency fluctuations.

Reservations:

To secure a reservation, you must fill out and submit a booking form. Upon receipt of your form, Daventure Tours will send you a confirmation email along with an invoice. This invoice will detail the initial deposit (30% of the tour cost) that is required within 7 days to confirm your booking. The remainder of the payment must be completed according to the specified schedule.

The final payment, covering the remaining 70% of the tour cost, is due 90 days before the tour's departure date.

For bookings made less than 90 days before departure, the full payment of the tour cost is required immediately.

Deposits:

A deposit of 30% is needed at the time of booking. Certain tours may require higher deposits due to specific tour operators' conditions.

Payment in full is required for Gorilla permits at the time of booking, and this fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations and Refunds:

To cancel a reservation, a written notification is required. Cancellation charges will be applied from the date your written cancellation is received, as follows:

More than 90 days before departure: You will forfeit the 30% deposit.
Between 90 to 30 days before departure: 70% of the total trip cost will be charged.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund is available, and 100% of the total trip cost will be charged.
